In 1990, Ingrun Fussenegger founded the choir Cantus Novus Wien, an ensemble of young, ambitious singers who enjoy performing contemporary choir music. They have been invited several times for first performances of pieces by Austrian composers at the Stephansdom Vienna. Right from the beginning the ensemble Cantus Novus Wien has intensely collaborated with the composer Wolfgang Sauseng, from whom you´ll find two tracks on this debut CD.
